  • Very kool! do you know if his records on Baton were any good? Just saw one on ebay for sale Baton 236 "I'm a fool to want you"..

  • Not sure I know that one. Has nobody put it up on YouTube yet? Anyone out there know it? As you know there are some great records on Baton (Rivileers, Marie Knight, etc.) so it might be worth a small bid.

  • Just wondering if you knew that it was a killer or something! Thanks.. I'm just learing about Baton label.. Just bought on ebay "Lonely Nights" by the Hearts. Years ago I didn't like that one but it grew on me after seeing it here on youtube!

  • @CrisVangel bought Lonely Nights when it first came out one of my all time favories

  • so low but so aglow

  • Jimmy Ricks is the Grandfather of bass singing! All true bassos owe their career to this incredible man!

  • What a wonderful vocal!
