Today i wentto the doc for my knees and she said to take aleve pills. So i came home to take the first dosage and i literly spit the water out all over the counter along with the dissolving aleve...so i came upstairs and watched this video. About 20 minutes ago i used The straw method and it worked so well! Thank u;)

I always put jello on a spoon and put the pill in it and put it in my mouth and use water and swallow..just dont use 2 much Jello

i found a really easy way to take pills all you need is is some mini marshmallows and what you do is roll it in you fingers and roll it tight then it becomes almost the same size as a pill then you can pratice with it and if you need to break it in half then its even easier, just pratice with with it then it becomes easy to take pills i have to take 3 pills a day for some swelling and this helps a lot.
