  • The part at 0:30 sounds like Switch's song " they'll never be " when break it down at the end and they go " la la la la la la"

  • @mysterybat35 it def does. the song has a switch/debarge feel to it. maybe the isleys were in the midst of a transitional sound from wht they were accustomed to. nonetheless sounds great!

  • @ayanna1456 The reason why this song sounds a bit different from other Isley Brother cuts is because they did not write it.

    It was written by the late David Townsend (formerly of Sunrize "Who's Stickin' It?" and Surface "Happy" "Shower Me With Your Love"). David was the guitarist in the Isley's backup band (Sunrize) for 5 years.
