um, I think making a child actually cry by taking candy is "terrorizing" them. I can't imagine somebody doing that to my kid purposefully (we got to make this kid cry). Yes. It's a photoshoot for a mag cover, and the topic (and joke) is from when Glenn was getting all that buzz for crying on air. Obviously getting the right photo involved getting him to look like he was crying even though he wasn't actually crying. When someone is in a photoshoot such as this, the goal is to get a photo in the moment of you which represents *other* moments you've been engaged in which had to with something other than getting a photo of yourself. Imagine a pro wrestler in a similar photoshoot who needed a photo of himself full of rage. During the shoot he may laugh because he's not actually in a rage. simple.

Americans have an obsession with crying. they use it to win arguements , as if when someone cries they really must mean it...so all you are left with is the person who can cry on cue is the winner. i have seen people get caught out at work for say stealing or cheating on work hours and then cry in front of the boss when he catches them out and then get away with it...so many americans use this method in so many situations that it really makes you sick and you see how really weak americans are.
