  • where are the pushups and pullups

  • Don't waste your time. Just go to 4:04 to sum up the whole video.

  • Hello! Have you thought about the maximus muscle 247 workout (just google it)? Ive heard some amazing things about it and my father gained a ton of muscle with it.

  • f***ing skinny bastard trying to teach everybody???? lol

  • uh, more than half of those you SHOULD NOT DO.

  • pussy workout

  • Good job. Those are all functional exercises. All those haters with negative comments are confused by the steroid mentality. Its not about being artificially jacked up. Its about fitness. Keep it up.

  • This is exactly the guy I want telling me how to workout.

  • wtf???this is not advance...faggot..

.. even kids can do this easily,,.........

  • faggot!

  • Thank you. Useful for for ppl recovering from surgery, injury or super beginners.

  • what a waist of fucking time

  • Planche.

  • Doesnt he sing for Coldplay?

  • Ha ha ha ha ha ha!!! Is it me or are 50% a them dynamic stretches???!!!!!!

  • I thought that the plank was where you put your hands on the ground (or grab a railing or something), and lift up your head and legs straight out, like a plank.

  • Nothing "advanced" about an of this shit

  • Can anyone else take this guy seriously?

  • half plank

  • WTF is this?

  • this guy is an idiot

  • really? i stopped watching when he showed that hes doing a workout video in sandals...

  • 1) human flag (pull ups) 2)clapping muscle ups 3) L seats 4) planche(push ups) 5) one arm pull ups/chin ups 6) front lever 7) back lever 8)one arm push ups (easy) 9) iron cross 10)maltese (i cant do the 2 last ones i dont have rings so i dont practice them)

  • My 10; (In no particular order) Pull ups, chin ups, dips, Burpees, squat jumps, one leg squats, Abdominal crunch, Plank (With leg and arm lifts), Box jumps, Tricep Push ups.

  • this is so weird but they work

    he is kinda nice though

  • this is so weird but they work

  • ARE YOU KIDDING ME !? ... fuckin nerd

  • Instead of doing these bodyweight exercises... that guy should try to train as a bodybuilder lol.. Skinnyness FTL

I didnt see any Pull-ups, handstand push ups, hanging knee lifts, dips etc? Meh..

  • isnt #2 just a wetty diverbomber pushup?

  • shit!!!!!!!!!!

  • THis was cool! THis guy is enthusiastic, healthy, and kinda funny.

  • #2 is called tiger push ups just to let ya know

  • omg wa alod of shit

  • This dude's gay. Can you say, "SSSUUUEEEEET!!!"

  • Love the old school stereo and speakers in the back!

  • When did Chris Martin grow a beard?

  • Not to be tactless, but this guy's raw/vegan diet is his priority, and would not support the kind of training and athletic ability most responders are promoting. While the exercises are missing anything for brute strength or pulling strength, they could be good for warmups, joint mobility, and endurance/work capacity. It's better than sitting on the couch.

  • this is gay. this is all just warm ups, before doing exercises.

  • Is this a joke?

  • thought it was a joke for a second

  • GUYS! I understand that this guy is not built or husky or ripped, BUT HE NEVER CLAIMED TO BE...Lay off of his physique. He gave his OPINION of the best bw exercises...He encouraged feedback because there are MANY OPINIONS...I LOL every time i read comments of people making PERSONAL ATTACKS - but I laugh at the FOOLS doing the taunting...These moves are classic moves, some better than other, that can be done anywhere, without weight or equipment. If done TABATA STYLE....THEY WILL FOLD ANYONE

  • Eh, right away I didn't have high hopes just by the look of the guys muscular definition -.-

  • These are good work out ideas.

  • the title should be top 10 bodyweight excercises for pussies!

  • anyway...i like this..am goin to do like those at home.. thanks for uploading this.. ~.~

  • Great Job! Awesome video and great exercises. very inspiring!

  • I think a more fitting name for this would be "Top ten beginning woman's toning exercises" Seriously dude, try some towel grip pull ups/ muscle ups.

  • this show was awesome, I love the enthusiastic energy as well as the different variations to make these exercises not only effective in health but its also fun! so get your lazy ass of the couch and do these!! BTW nice shirt.

  • Hello th frere! nice videos!

Would you have a training program or something similar so i could start up with?

Or should i do 30 reps each exercise?

    What do you think?

    Regards from Spain

  • Stop. You just don't know what you are talking about. This "best" exercises are not the best and call it "advanced" makes any beginner lifter laugh.

The picture at the beginning shows how much you see all that as joke. Seems like it includes you.

Sorry for being harsh, but sometimes is just annoying all the misinformation people spread about fitness. Just stfu and stop pretending you are expert in this topic.

  • These are some very good bodyweight exercises that can be done anywhere. They are NOT lifting exercises. If these exercises are performed with Tabata Interval training, they provide a great strength, endurance and cardio workout combined! Many lifters that join my classses are usually dying after 2 minutes of this type of training =)

  • @gurujlj Sorry but... No. The title says different. They say those are the best BODYWEIGHT exercises. And they are NOT, cause there is nos enough resistance to be considered it. And for that, doesn't matter IF its HIIT or not.

This guy is just another one trying to pose as alternative for even the simple things. He should get a life.

  • what do I do if I want it long, hard and deep? Can you give it to me, Kevin?

  • what the hell is the purpose for these pussy ass excersises?

  • you have the body of a 12 year old girl

  • This will not work its better to do hindu body weight exercise from india.

  • can someone tell me one this guy reminds me of allan from two and a half men?

  • What a pathetic video.

Why would he give advice for advanced trainers, when he looks like he's never passed the Novice phase?

  • thats true

  • someone kick me if i ever take fitness advice from a guy excercise in sandals! ;)

  • Comment removed

  • this is the gayest thing ever

  • Nice video!!! It's a source of learning!!! PLease watch my videos to learn new things :)

  • here's my ten :) 1.) pullups 2.) handstand pushups 3.) elavated pushups 4.) Leg lifts (hanging) 5.) muscleups 6.) Janda situps 7.) 1 arm pushup 8.) 1 leg squats 9.) pistols 10.) dips 11.) PLAYING ON MY GYMNASTICS RINGS! :) Possible the greatest workout ever, just playing around with gymnastics rings oh boy :)
  • @Swapp01 like those a lot better, these were weak advanced exercises, beginner more like it.

  • Comment removed

  • how is that gay? U've seen those gymnasts. They are definatly not gay.

  • @Swapp01 Those are some real exercises right there. Better than weights any day. I have huge trouble with pistols, muscle ups, and 1.a.push-ups though. Did it take you much work to build up to those moves?

  • @voncoolio Pistols I can only do on my right leg :S and my one arm pushup is the ugliest thing ever :P But it doesn't take too much work. Muscle ups you just need to have a powerful pull up really, once you have a powerful pull it's not too hard to get the push part. Just do dips to get the push part down. If you have training rings use them, they are amazing.

For pistols check out google beast skills. He has a tutorial for all the aforementioned exercises.

  • @Swapp01 For a Noob Bodybuilder maybe.......

  • @696TheDon696 Lol, bodybuilders. ha, the biggest pussies there are.

  • @696TheDon696 Who said these we're for bodybuilders? These are for bulding strength :) I do agree however, that building leg strength can be hard without weights, but it's possible =D

  • @Swapp01 aren't 1 leg squats and pistols the same essentially? Either way, make a video reply to this guy. I plan to do so eventually.

  • 1)push ups, 2)super mans 3)pull ups, 4)chin ups, 5)bar dips, 6)body squats, 7)hip bridge, 8)burpees, 9)bicycle kick, 10)planks,

  • those r not the top 10 bodyweight exercises by any means

  • Thanks for the list. very well done.

  • Some exercices are great. But you didn't explain how to breath when doing 'em or what to focus on. There's much more behind it and you surely don't want your viewers get injuries doing your exercices.

  • Include proper tension of your muscles (i.e abs & glutes) and form.

  • 1pullups

    2pushups

    3situps

    4squats

    5burpees

  • i think thats for extreme beginners

  • Where are the dragonflags and pullups? Dips? the ones in this video wont do shit for you, you can do those for hours and hours.. It's just not hard enough ;)

  • I cannot touch my toes! : (

  • 1 pull-ups

    2 Squats

    3 Handstand push-ups

    4 push-ups

    5 the plank

  • @JUNKGEE83

    Its spelled Planche i think (;

And planche are really hardcore, there are very very few in the world who can do that ;D

  • plank, not planche

    they are completely different exercizes

  • oh yes. Planches will kill u and are nearly impossible :) It's my goal this year to be able to hold one for 30 seconds :)

  • just listen to your heart,...thatswhat I do

  • These five bodyweight exercises with all the variations they offer are superb:

    Pushups

    Dips

    Pullups

    Crunches

    Squats

  • don't talk, PUSH and PULL!!! ;-))

  • that hindu squat is mega bad for your knees

  • good video but the guy looks like nopolean dinomite

  • Nice video!

best cardio exercise for me is running.

  • thanx for the vid :)

  • Nice show!!!

    Very Helpful

    THANKS!

  • im sorry man but you look puny...

im not saying you should be like a bodybuilder, but you definately dont look like someone doing workouts...

  • man, type "paul zaichik" and watch some vids...

being strong and looking strong are different things, especialy with bodyweight only training

    :)

  • 05:47 is scary; his feet are close to crashing into that mirror. Great video, though. I've seen this guy's vids before. He's bright and very enthusiastic-and funny without trying.

  • Is he living an teaching this to retirees?

  • the first minute is a complete fucking waste of time mate, just get to it

  • Great modification for squat thrusts can be drop down to hands then just step out feet one at a time then step back one at a time and then stand up. I also will allow my clients to use a bench of varying heights if hypertensive to prevent blood pressure spikes until they get used to it and then gradually lower the bench until they can go to the floor!

    Lisa, Trainer, Dallas

  • top body weight exercises are push ups pull ups squats russian twists and leg lifts

  • I knew that the best body weight exercises are push ups and pull ups.Ofc all the variations of the 2, ie dips are a variation of push ups.

  • @maseeraka

    lol.

  • well judging by the dude who teach this it doesnt work ^^

  • Great list, great speaker, great energy. I enjoyed the entertainment value as much as the exercises.

  • Napoleon Dynamite meets puberty!!

  • As far as I know I have good knees. I get many hours of walking every week. I have been training at a gym 5 days a week. 2 of those days I do legs. Now I have doing something similar to hindu squats at the gym. However on my fourth set of 100 at 2 different times personal trainers came up to me saying I shouldn't be doing them. That I will eventually wreck my knees(the cartlidge) Is this true? Or does hindu squats strengthen the cartlidge? Thanks for the video.

  • @seanpaynedotnet

    Hmm i think you should listen to your personal trainers (;

  • My top 3:

    1- Back Squat

    2- Deadlift

    3- Bench Press

You just can't put these 3 away!!

  • um, i dont think those are bodyweight exercises

  • @HeIIoHater

    Powned ;D

  • some of these are from the 5 tibetan yoga moves :) but still great.

  • I am pretty sure that number 8 will help a lot.. I guess these exercises would be waste of time..

  • I felt doing bodyweight exercises was getting me stronger than just lifting weights

  • why do i want to punch this curly haired hypo freak?? Anyone??

  • My top ten: chin-ups jump squats push-ups (all real variations) pull-ups burpees lunges planks crunches more chin-ups/pushups more jump squats
  • Cool moves, Kevin.

    Check out Summer Games

    Push Ups Chamption contest.

Cash and Gift prizes at BodyWeightCulture

  • My top ten. Not really for beginners. 1.Pull Up 2.Chin Up. 3.Burpee (squat thrust with a jump) 4.Plank 5.Normal Pushups and variations (knuckle, narrow, wide, feet up, clap, etc) 6.Handstand Pushup 7.Tuck Jump 8.V sit/hold and crunches 9.Calf raises 10. muscle up yep.
  • very poor

  • crunches r hard when u do alot of reps holding each 1 up for 10 secs each.

  • dumbells even**

  • He's showing bodyweight exercises - it doesn't mean he always limits himself to them.

  • bodyweight excerisives, yet he has barbells :P

  • These exercises are good. Being ignorant is just a waste of time and you'll never improve yourself, in ANY way! These are great for beginners! Though.. I would advice INSTEAD OF the normal crunch, which puts a lot of pressure on the neck. Do bicycle crunches.. Which have been proven to be 250% more effective and less damaging! Also works the obliques ;) If you find these exercises easy. Try doing some of them with only 1 leg or arm.. You'll get the point, hopefully =) Good luck! Roar and Kill!

  • Hey Kevin. You're great, man. I did all of these exercises and they killed me. I thought I was in shape. Thanks for everything and don't pay attention to these losers who want to bring you down. Bet you they're fat and lazy and wouldn't even try any of this. Keep up the good work.

  • I actually watched the whole thing because he's funny and animated. But I still prefer Vince Delmonte of Fitnessvip.

  • For everyone saying that every one of these is crap you didn't watch the whole video. I agree that for a person who goes for runs plays sports and eats healthy this would be a pretty simple workout. But some of these exercises can be of great benefit. Such as the hindu squat and hindu pushup. try working up to multiple 1 leg squats and a one arm hindu pushup. Now that is a feat of strength, and yes it can be done. Keep up the body weight work!

  • these exercises are pretty lame but throw some running in between and do em with no rest, it would be a decent workout

  • wow, lot of angry people here... your physical body composition is a direct reflection of your inner chemical composition. maybe a few of these exercises and some good nutrition will cool you all off a bit! LOL!

    Kev

  • top 10 worst bodyweight exercises=

  • This is horrible! this has to be for people that have never burned a calorie in their life!

  • you mean someone like you

  • wow a fitness fag how bout doing some real training before wining like a bitch

  • no you, try this it dosent do anything. I can think of plenty of better ones.

  • i seriously wanna choke this guy out he is just all out annoying

  • well he probably wants to choke your mom out because shes trying to do these and she keeps nagging about how to do them, but hes not complaining

  • good for grandpas :)

  • what kind of an idiot is this guy?! i stopped watching when he said ''if u cant do the table thing do dips.''

  • this is complete garbage this is not body building you dumb fks. body building consists of actually lifting weight this is basically just losing fat and toning your body and even then me jerking off is more of a workout than this garbage

  • 3 2 and 1 are the only ones i recommend.

  • this is like for people who dont want to be fat, not for people that want to be really strong and fit

  • Thanks guys I am a personal trainer n I love exercises that you do not need any equipment (bodyweight) that can be done anywhere and modified so anyone can do them. Not everyone is an athlete or has alot of time o space there are alot of people who are hurt or disabled and they are trying to funtion, get back into a normal life after an injury. So your exercises are perfect some I've done n some of I havent and I will do myself and work them into my clients routines. Thanks again! love you guys

  • dam i'm sweating like a mothafocka..damm no more Whoppers!!!

  • 500 reps? This is crap. Enough of these hippies.

  • nie wiem o co chodzi temu kolesiowi, może po prostu się wygłupia, ale moim zdaniem te ćwiczenia to strata czasu

  • top 10 worst bodyweight exercises =)

  • WOW if I would do this whole workout I would probably get as much out of it as if I had just walked around my block. Why don't you put some real bodyweight exercises in their like superman pushups instead of plank from the knees.

  • That.........was shit.... total shit. Why does every yahoo have the need to put up a video that contains nothing useful? Why not put "walking" in your "advanced" exercises as well.

  • urrr they okai still but they look simple man not for no advanced people but yh nice

  • thnxs!

  • Thanks for posting this clip.

Adding breathing into your movement, makes you build strength quicker.

  • That you are.

  • Do you always exercise after taking speed ??

  • It's good, I like his intentions and the routine is complete, you would just need to assess your goals and start from there. It's not body building, it's bodyweight exercise. One legged squats, bear crawls, hopping pushups, hopping clapping pushups, static deep squats, static abdominal V sits and static handstands would be a good next workout in the progression.

  • jerk off

  • These are great but some of them don't have the greatest benefits, pick out the best exercises and workouts for you.

  • hey I saw some of those exercises in the book Combat Conditioning by Matt Furey

  • Those bodyweight exercises are USELESS!...

...Unless you back them up with a healthy diet, ha ha!

A good diet is 80% of the workout game!

  • If diet is 80%, then you're saying the workout without a healthy diet is still doing some good. Not "useless" then, just not optimal.

  • Don't judge the effectiveness of the exercise by how slim he is, but by how difficult it is for you to do it. Doing glute bridges with one leg up, plank with one arm(bent or straight), Hindu pushups... they're challenging for anyone who's not used to doing them. Several of these exercises can be seen time and again in Men's/Women's Health and other fitness mags.

  • YOU SUCK

  • squat thrust is only good thing

  • this is bollocks :s

  • I love training body weight exercises and I definitely enjoyed your video, Thank you for sharing!

  • this is crap

  • arent they far too easy?

  • I usually do the hindu squat and the hindu pushup but i"ll add some of this list. Also once spring comes I'll so jumping to the table/bench at the park. that should do it.

  • Hey bro just wanted to let you know that I appreciate you sharing your knowledge. These exercises are amazing especially the bridge, hindu pushup and hindu squat. thanks again keep up the good work.

  • i found out about hindu squaats last year, they're damn good. do those until you're tired!

  • hes a fucking weed

  • he may look like a tool but i bet hes in phenomenal shape. these are very good exercises to keep your body in tip top shape

  • to easy

  • kevin. is it these 10 moves which hold he key to ur masterful physique??

  • haha yea wtf? dosent seem like they work

  • Just because he's not hyooge doesn't mean he's not strong and well-conditioned. Being ginormous is not everyone's goal.

  • thanks napolean dynomite

  • lol I was thinking the same thing, specially because of the shirt.

  • haha his hair and outfit just set it off..the weird ass pants, with weird ass white tucked in shirt...
