horrible demonstration, why is it you barely move the mouse and the view jumps? its more digital than analog. if this is how the device works its best not to demonstrate it. you either have horrible aim or it is very choppy and nothing like an ibm compatible game. i couldn't care less about the fingernails.
@matttd9490 true, I just found myself using lower and lower dpi as nowadays the in-game sensitivity seems to be really high by default in most games, Deus Ex for example.

I have been holding off buying a console because I don't like playing FPS games with anything but a keyboard and mouse. The mouse provides much more precise control than a VG controller IMO. If this thing can work with any game, I will get one and get consoles. BTW I hear the next XBox will come with a keyboard and a mouse.

@Akilles047 Dude, its all about preference. Some people prefer gamepads, others prefer keyboard and mouse. Point being, most people can get kills either way. EXAMPLE: I played Cod4 on PC for almost a week with no xbox. I got back on MW2 on Xbox and got a 15 killstreak right off the bat with a gamepad.

Using mouse and keyboard makes the whole game much easier, like using a sniper in near battle instead of a shotgun. Getting headshot with sniper while using mouse must be about 100 times easier than using xbox 360 controller.
If i used mouse and keyboard my k/d would probably get higher than 10 (10 kills per death in average)

@violenceinc A keyboard may not have been designed for games, but it has 18 keys withing range to be pressed without lifting 2 fingers off WASD or your mouse, not counting caps lock or windows. 360 and PS3 controllers only have 4 buttons that can be pressed without lifting a thumb of one of the analog sticks. The mouse is designed to be an intuitive point-and-click input device, while the analog stick was always intended to move characters, not point at things.

If you have a PC in your house that runs XP, you can easily upgrade it beyond 360 capabilities for around $400, and if you want to keep up with games as long as your current build plays current games it'll be good for at least 3 years. New consoles tend to come out every 5, so it's not that big a difference. Besides, the features of a PC is what makes them better, not the performance.

Xfps has horrible movement, and doesnt account for dead zones in different games, so it wont feel the same in each game, and it will never feel like a 1:1 movement like it would on a pc. But I've always chosen to play it straight, because then its one less cheater in the pond. Its a matter of civility, which I believe is also possible(and needed) on the Internet.
They're not the majority. Not yet, anyway. And the only thing they prove is that they are not good enough to play the game.Why would anyone waste time cheating is beyond me.

for any xbox 360 exclusive game people are forced to use a shitty noob stick to compete, theres no increased firing rate with a mouse, no macro binding abilities to a keyboard with the XFPS. ultimately a shitty player will still be shitty regardless of what equipment he or she is using, microsoft is forcing the better players to tone it down for noob console players and THAT is whats not fare. its not cheating, its utalizing your full potential as a skilled player without hardware boundries.

I know someone who has one of these, I was playing MW2 with it on his Xbox on my gamertag and some random person said he was going to file a complaint on me for using an aimbot... I told him I was using a keyboard and mouse adapter and he called me a faggot and just plain said that they don't exist... he's the fag! xD Honestly though, I love it!! It's the only way I can't suck on MW2, there's absolutely NO correct sensitivity for me. 5 is too fast and 4 is too slow... I'm going to get one soon

if youre a lonely guy with no friends to come over and play then the pc is for you. nothing better to do than dump your money into upgrading your comp every year. the keyboard was designed for typing and the mouse for navigaing your comp screen-not for games. tho a mouse is a big advantage nothing will ever be funner than the console.

In fact, to compare the cost, I'm paying half as much as it would take for me to buy a blue ray player, ps3, wii, and 360 put together, in one small box called my PC. I've played both and they're both different. Two completely different playstyles. The console is much more casual, the PC is much less casual. You have hackers on both ends. Simple as that. Xbox: 2-3 years, PC: 1-2 years. This is a flawed debate.

@violenceinc A keyboard may not have been designed for games, but it has 18 keys withing range to be pressed without lifting 2 fingers off WASD or your mouse, not counting caps lock or windows. 360 and PS3 controllers only have 4 buttons that can be pressed without lifting a thumb of one of the analog sticks. The mouse is designed to be an intuitive point-and-click input device, while the analog stick was always intended to move characters, not point at things.

@violenceinc And the upgrading-pc-every-year, $2000 crap is a myth. If you have a PC in your house that runs XP, you can easily upgrade it beyond 360 capabilities for around $400, and if you want to keep up with games as long as your current build plays current games it'll be good for at least 3 years. New consoles tend to come out every 5, so it's not that big a difference. Besides, the features of a PC is what makes them better, not the performance.
