The thing I love about this video is that it shows the bad AND the good times with the Giants. My friend asked me when I showed him this "why am I seeing Eli get sacked a million times alongside clips of Phil Simms getting hurt?" and I explained, you gotta embrace the bad with the good, because that's what makes the greatness of this franchise so sweet. If you just focus on the good and ignore all the bad times, then you end up with the New England Patriots. The song is perfect for this video

They really are inspirational to watch when they're good. If they were good in the 70s, they'd have the national base the Steelers, Cowboys, Dolphins, and Raiders do. They'll warrant 4 prime time games a year, yet the world won't cave in when they don't win the Super Bowl. They never overreact to failure. Seeing John Mara as mad as I was after this season, I remembered how worthwhile it is to be a Giants fan. As the people to trekked to the Yale Bowl before me will tell you, they're worth it.

This Giants are the greatest franchise in sports. Started in 1925 by the classiest family in pro sports. If it weren't for Wellington Mara's vision and unselfish revenue sharing there would be no NFL as we know it.

Giants fans traveled to the Polo Grounds, Yankee Stadium, Shea Stadium, Yale Bowl, and Giants Stadium through the best of times and the worst of times. When there was a blackout they drove to CT to watch games on tv.
