The city of Brisbane was affected which has 2million, and around 30 other cities and towns were affected. Can you please get ur facts right before posting please, like Buklen just said the death toll isn't as bad as u've made it out to be, secondly every1 was asked to evac [few forced] and most of which are safely with friends and family in neighboring towns and suburbs, strangers taking in those who r worse off than them. only 200k or so hav needed to evac in the cbd area and along the brisbane river where its banks hav broken. p.s. no one is scared of the crocs etc, since they hav bigger concerns

it's another act of nature, nothing to do with the end of the world or god or anything else but the fact that there was a lot of rain in December, the ground is soaked...it can't soak up anymore, and then boom...a lot of heavy rain in Jan......that equals floods.
