I wonder how much draw there would be if a youtube video had a a girl being put in a banana splits, although the move would have to be renamed or a double grapevine (single grapevine in this instance). As a father, brother or boyfriend I would not want to see it being aired out to watch. Shes a girl, big deal she knew she was gonna wrestle mostly guys, if not all guys, so give her enough respect to wrestle her. And wrestling should be a co-ed sport, because there is no female equivalent to wrestling and if they made an all female wrestling team for high school and college, in all likelihood that team would consist of 3 wrestlers at most

@Spoon2329 Stfu, why quit the sport he loves? He was undefeated going into the State Tournament, and by not wrestling that first match, he took the long road of winning 5 in a row to get 3rd place. The girl lost her next 2 matches to be out of the tournament. He made his decision based on what he believes to be the right thing to do. Doesn't mean he should quit the whole sport all together.

To be honest, I'm a wrestler and I would have slammed her on her neck like I would slam a guy. I feel that if she is woman enough to step on the mat, then she needs to get the business. That is the only way for her to either learn or gain respect. If she beat me then I would have no problem giving her, her respect. But if she lost then she would just be more proof to me why girls should not wrestle men. Hell, since she can wrestle boys, I'm trying out for the WNBA next year.

I would never go through all the weight cutting, long practices, and extra hard work and then turn around and throw away my dream of becoming a state champion just because i was supposed to wrestle a girl.

It's a no win situation for a male. Also wrestling is a heavy contact sport. Many guys just are very uncomfortable handling a woman like that.

Also men & women are built very differently. Women can have very strong legs while men have a very strong upper body.
