  • full of shit.......he is picking one of about a hundred elements of rice, thats like saying that brocolli is bad for you because if you eat too much of it, the gases will make your stomach explode....so dont eat too much of it., brown rice is good for you as it gives a lot of vitamins and minerals, that white rice does not...........

  • Don't quit your day job. I think your real calling is wearing tight clothes and admiring yourself in the mirror! Every gym has a meat-head that thinks he has a doctorate in nutrition! I had a relative that moderately smoked and drank. He ate whatever he wanted and lived to be over 100 years old. Maybe over thinking and worrying about what one eats and how one looks can be a persons worst enemy in the long run! Think about it! (wink)

  • @MaximusStimulus That is a really stupid statement. Smoking is not good for anyone. If you lack discipline, nobody is criticising you. But,ignoring healthy habits and nutrition,is usually the 'calling card' for unhealthy fools that are bankrupting the nation with their chronic illnesses. You eat a crap diet and live an unhealthy lifestyle and then need the rest of us to pay for your medical 'rights'. You are selfish and you are stupid. "Now go home and get your fuckin' shine box!"
  • Look at this dopey, muscle-bound loser; he doesn't even know what he's talking about.

  • so what about black rice? is that any better?

  • WTF, its a whole food, brown rice is better because in the hull or bran not husk, it is full of fibre, vitamins and minerals, aswell as having the starch in the middle, white rice tastes better and is less chewy than brown rice but it only has starch. Brown rice also releases its carbohydrates slower and helps you feel full for long where as white rice gives you a big boost of carbohydrates. Which isnt as bad as this guy makes out, its the most common carbohydrate in everyones diet.

  • so no white rice no brown rice...my question is WTF do we eat??

  • your an idiot, its called the bran, there is no husk on any rice

  • Good Video, when I first saw the title I was worried you were going to say brown rice like everyone else. I eat pretty good but will eat rice when I am working out a lot. Any suggestions on what to eat in place of rice that still have the calories I need after a big workout?

  • what about other grains? like oat meal or wheat germ. thank you i just subed

  • Isn't it good to get an insulin spike after a workout in addition to protein?

  • its like whole wheat vs white wheat. brown jsut has more nutriants but they both suck.

  • brown rice has more benefits than white rice, do your research before you post your video,

  • u need carbs too to get muscle

  • not healthy bullshit

  • the veggies almost uncooked of course... not the chicken haaa

  • oh and I lost 70 lbs after being a huge powerlifter/defensive and offensive lineman in highschool... so I know a thing or 2 about losing fat, and I've eaten gobs of rice in my life... just ate a bunch tonight haha, stir fry with chicken and vegetables almost uncooked is one of my favorite dinners, and insanely healthy..

  • @MrLuksicman He wasn't saying you can't get ripped on the outside, he's saying it causes inflammation on the inside. Fruits and veggies done right will get you ripped on the outside and healthy on the inside.

  • yeah I have to agree this guy is retardedd haha, seriously look at japanese and chinese people,Asian and Indian Culture is tons of rice and they are definitely some of the leanest people in the world, it's all about how you work out and the amount of processed food you eat, look at how many chemicals and preservatives are in the food you buy people!!

    not if it's a carbohydrate..and eat as many fruits and veggies as possible,that's best,I should know I was a decathlete,ate 6 to 8000 calories a day

  • @MrLuksicman Because you were a decathelete you're the authority on inflammation? Interesting. He wasn't saying you can't develop a muscular and ripped body eating rice, he's saying on the inside your body isn't at an optimal level. Fruits and veggies will get you there.

  • @MrLuksicman You're fat

  • Dude are you serious? Watching this is more amazing to me than watching ronnie coleman leg press 2000 lbs. How the hell do you look like that but your so clueless.

  • @robb817 You're not understanding his point. He didn't say you can't be an amazing athlete or a ripped bodybuilder eating rice, he's saying your body on the inside will have inflammation which isn't optimal health.

  • @Elite1987 Yes he is saying that. At 0:50 in the video he clearly says that starches make you fat. It's blatantly not true.

  • @RealityOfAging Some of the leanist heathiest people in the world are starch eaters. CHINA STUDY LOOK IT UP GOOGLE IT YOUTUBE IT. just look at asia man science proves it nature has it. its the fat you eat is the fat you wear!!!!!!!!!

  • @monellasweeting He's talking about INFLAMMATION, not body fat.

  • starch in it as well as fruits, like apples, grapes, peaches, bananas etc

now u will say thoze r not good either

no wonder amerikans have an obesity pandemic thanks 2 ppl like u:)

  • sorry sir, but u dont know what ur talking about

yes, white rice is sweet poizon and will kill u over time.

second, brown rice has some starch but not that much compared 2 white rice and even more better, unlike white rice, its packed with B-vitamins and important minerals in its most natural form---moreover its has much more fiber and fatty acids than white

thus ur saying that brown rice is a lesser evil is u just being disingenous. its not evil at all sir its good. even broccoli has some

  • fuck off...eat moderately everything and exercise and its fine....im not a dick head that only focus my life entirety just to build muscles...

  • I am so confused i thought rice was good for thx for the info but i still going to eat rice

  • It's a bit exaggerated to say don't eat brown rice. All foods evoke an insulin response and if you are trying to build muscle you need that insulin in your body as it's the most anabolic hormone. Broccoli and other green, leafy vegetables won't give you that. If you are trying to lose weight then you only need to reduce your carbs when you have reached a plateau and can't lose any more weight after reducing calories but for everyone else, starchy carbs are fine and beneficial for building muscle

  • @ellissssssss actually no carbs are needed at all, the body doesnt need an insulin spike to grow muscle, your muscles will absorb protien no matter what, especially after a workout. paleo all the way

  • @lvdawg yes they are, immediately post workout is the most important time to intake sugars to replace the depleted muscle glycogen levels. This may be the reason why your not getting any results.

  • @321Trooper i got plenty of results, and there's no need to replace any glycogen, your muscles are made of protiens, so when you break them down you repair them with protien, not carbs. plus as soon an you consume carbs your anabolic(muscle growing) immediately stops, so does any fat burning. you can get plenty of energy from the fats you eat, no need for carbs EVER

  • Firstly you are over doing the scary advice my very athletic friend , what you should say is eat rice in moderation, shit if i had to eat brockley 24/ 7 id kill myself anyhow.

  • You forgot to talk about the nutritional benefits of brown over white rice! The husk contains a host of vitamins and nutritients. With white rice all that has been removed....

  • <.< right, rice causes you to get fat and inflamed...that's why there are 1.3 billion obese Asians right? Wrong! Asians are some of the trimmest, healthiest and longest lived peoples in the world, DOH!

  • @101011001 I might specify that i am talking about Asians in Asia on a rice based diet, not Asians who immigrate and change their diets to say the standard American diet.

  • White nor brown rice have husk. The husk is removed from the grain of rice making brown rice. White rice is produced when you remove the following 2 layers after the husk. Brown rice has many nutritional value, the fact it has bran and germ makes it fibre rich for more regular gastrointestinal motility. Aside from that it contains Vit B1, B2, B3, B5, B6, B9, calcium, Iron, mg, P, K, Na, Zn. Though these are in low quantity, it still makes the rice more "healthier" than white rice.

  • You obviously know shit about nutrition. What are you? binman? Packer? cab driver?

  • Hey,

    I'm 18 years old.

What should I eat if I can't eat brown rice, bread or meat.

I go the gym 4 times a week and run 3 times a week

Should I only eat Vegetables, nuts and fruits whole day long?

and how many of those do I need to take a day and should I eat every 2 hours?

    Thanks in advance,

  • you should eat normally, as long as you do more than 2 hours of physical activity each day, (1 hour is good), your body can burn and digest anything you eat, brown rice is really good and so is white rice they are the main component of most of the meals, if you are looking for muscle gain the you need red meat, no chicken or fish, but beef, always keep in mind that you need to maintain your body hydrated, and to consume enough fiber to clean your digestive system.....

  • Could you give more examples of carbs? Also it would be interesting to show what you eat through out different times of the day. You have great thoughts, keep making great videos.

  • wrong title

  • hey rene just wondering does creatine really work?
