@Chanceuse028 I'm thinking start with a level 5 or 6 Ash Brown for your base color, then do some thick highlights all over the head and then use manic Panic or some other brand that sells a vivid purple and apply it over all the hair... this would give you the dark purple with the lighter purple highlights... or maybe she had black hair with purple highlights? I couldn't really tell from the video quality..
