Katie's belting sometimes sounds a little obnoxious and whiny, but other times it sounds nice. I can definitely see why some people like Katie's voice and why some people absolutely hate it.

I missed this episode when the show was live and I REGRET IT!!! They finally blended and the girl's were sticking out too much!!!! This was a wonderful performance!!!

Wow, 36 people seem to knock this performance down, whereas 64 people are getting this performance back up. I don't get why people are biased for groups like Pentatonix or Delilah or maybe even Afro Blue, but Urban Method did the most growing on the show. They had their valleys and their mountains. This was either a mountain or somewhere near it. To those who dock this performance, screw you.

I don't get it. Why are the Delilah fans hatin on Urban Method? I'm a huge ass Delilah fan and i love Urban Method really badly at the same time!! Love them both! All the groups on the sing off make amazing music which is the whole point of it all.

idk why people were pumped about delilah so much. its not that they are all girls, but a really good bass is essential to a group and srry to say they just didnt have a strong bassist. the past winners have all been guys and this is the first time a girl has been in a winning group. im not trying to be genderist but it seems the more % of guys then girls in the group the more strong of a foundation there is. i think its the fact alot of guys in the groups can nail high notes as well. balance=key

Urban Method is like the Iconic boys from America's Best Dance Crew. A gimmick kept to make it to the finale. I really had high hopes from them in the beginning, but the mos def lost it throughout there journey on the show

@bruce2890 I agree. Sure, Katie really owns it when she belts, but she struggles to sustain the pitch and tone length whenever she sings at a moderate or low volume. It's just like with wind musicians -- The degree to which they've mastered their instrument (or voice) is reflected in how well they maintain their technique at each end of the dynamic range (very soft and very loud volumes). I don't think any of the groups have "bad" singers, but some are more proficient than others.

Dear Haters, Delilah Fans who are for some reason mad at this group, and uneducated vocalists. She is NOT screaming, she is belting.. WHICH is a style of singing. I am a belter when I sing. And seriously, if the only reason why you would hate this group because of ONE member, then you obviously don't know anything about music.

she's singing Keri Hilson like an opera singer. what the hell is with all the vibrato? I mean the group as a whole just needs to stop, but she sounds bad in her lower register, and just scream high notes. it's never pleasant to listen to.

And now that i think abt it not only did they over think the arrangement a bit, but they also missed out on a lot of the nuances of the song that would've been great to hear acapella. I think they got by on this one based on passion and because it's a good song, not necessarily because they mastered to the fullest.

I liked it ok. But i was really distracted that they had a girl singing Ne-yo's part. The reason its poignant is because it's from the male point of view. There was no need to change it cuz there is already a female element to it. And they missed the "ohh-OHs" in the original which wuda been perfect for the acapella element, I feel like they actually over thought this one...

The blond white girl is the weakest link among the female soloist (cute...but her singing voice is just okay). The sista is fine as hell and have a singing voice to match. And I'm happy that the thick boned white girl is gaining confidence in her singing. I agree with the judges on her on stage growth in performance.

i disliked it cuz i didnt like it... Fofilasouris speaks the truth. I really dont like the keys they do songs in at all, rappers nice tho. feels like that girl (Katie) & boy (the rapper) carries the whole group they need a new group 4 reals. I'm pretty sure they are all good singers but i dont think they sound so good together. I also dont like how she made this song sound like country music either, fk dat, ole girl needs to find her inner diva or sumthin.

How the heck can so many people dislike this performance?!! It had passion, the dynamics and rhythm were spot on, and Katie did a great job.  I don't get why some idiots think oh she's screaming. No way!!! I can easily make out the notes. Maybe those people just happen to be tone deaf.

Every performance of them seems to sound the same, because of this rapper. And technically and arrangment wise, they do not seem to be one of the best. Again they did not impress me with this song.

Why are they still on the show? The only reason I can think of is that the judges wanted four 'different' groups...
