I've already started doing this in my own routine. I do BLACK-GREEN-BLACK once a week. This will eventually change to twice a week. I learn so much about what's in my own backyard by doing this and found services that were more specific to me and my culture. It's great! It's a great idea.

The key is for more Blacks to own businesses in Black areas. If the majority of businesses in Black areas were Black owned then there wouldn't even be a need for these buy Black campaings we sometimes have. Buying Black would be more automatic if we owned most of the businesses in our own areas.

Wow it's amazing to me how Buying Black is still considered a phenemenon. HAHA it's just a great opportunity for the Blacks that do know, to lead in the economic power areas.... You gotta be able to write a check & be the leading supplier of jobs for our own people!!

African Americans are the ONLY community that spends 95% of their own money with businesses outside of their ethnic group. Whites, Asians, Latinos, don't do it - and that's smart on their part! Awesome to see the commitment of this family to inconvenience themselves by sacrificing in this way. Much success to them!.

Although this is a wonderful idea, these are "black" businesses that are actually owned by white people. Anytime you are paying taxes and abiding by "their" regulations, its their business!
