I was just on one yesterday. and hey put it this way it could of happened to any plane. I think i was something that fell from the sky. southwest is the cheapest and the crew are very nice.

Aloha Airlines Flight 243, a Crack was noticed on the ceiling during the flight and then the entire fuselage ripped off. This could easily have happened on this Southwest Flight !!!

You're flying in an aluminum tube miles above the earth and at 80% of the speed of sound, things will happen once in a while.

It looks an access hatch blew open and depressurized the airplane, but apart from the scare, everything and everyone else worked correctly and everyone is safe.

Fix the panel and the hatch, repressurize for testing and if is ok put it back in service.

WTF? I think it's time for SWA to invest in a new fleet of planes. I was on one of those brown and red planes a few months ago that looked like shit. The seats were shitty, some of the lights didn't work, and when we landed, it felt like the damn thing was about to fall apart. Thank goodness it was a short flight.

MRO does A/C overhaul an checks that occur every 3, 5 and 10 years. "Servicing A/C occuers at every station and MX bases for SWA here in the States. Lost of "youtube" aviation experts here that now NOTHING about the subject!!

get your facts straight!! it's in EL Salvador at a A class facility FAA certified MRO (do you even know what this means??) that has been doing major overhauls for jetblue, AW, US and others. for years now. Scheduled overhauls and maintenance, "repairs" like you put it are two separate things. pick up a book every now and then!. Don't forget that if you wanna blame anyone for the current MX issues with SWA, look inward and look at point fingers at work done here in the US of A!!!

Southwest doesnt go everywhere in the U.S and their only hub isnt in dallas.. they have one in hartford connecticut baltimore maryland reno nevada las vegas nevada i think also in tampa florida and seattle washington and nashville tennessee
