This is a terrific movie. I love the protagonist's character. He's tuff, cunning, yet passionate in a very stoic way. This movie overall deserves 4 out of 5 stars.

As european resident i wonder what it is with Nazi era films winning award over award in the U.S. the past decades over regardless of language, genre, or quality of material.
