  • I would like to see cameras near each set of tires and one in cockpit..

  • I find those seat back videos on the A380 more interesting than actually looking out the window. One day all planes will have them, I hope.

  • Am I the only person who still prefers Boeing ?

  • are you sitting in economy?:)

  • Comment removed

  • its way better than fighting for a window seats on a jumbo.

  • When the person in front reclines is it hard to see the screen? It looks as if when the seat reclines you are not affected as the seat is in a shell? Are the seats on the 380 comfortable? Thanks

  • If I have a video camera like this on my next plane ride the flight would go really fast this would be awesome to watch

  • Is it possible to listen to the ATC, too?

  • @FuenferBMW No, that was not possible.

  • yes it good to see what going outside the plane...

but just imagine if it's going to crash... great distraction isn't ? hahahahaha

  • DUDE! I so gotta go on a flight SOMEWHERE on an A380(preferably on Lufthansa)

  • those cameras also scare people because what if u are looking at the camera and then you see a engine on fire than that would scare the heck out of people

  • during the hole flight? or just landing nd take off?

  • ?! This video was taken in march 2007. But Lufthansa got his first A380 in 2010?!

  • @SHOOTINGST4Rx maby it's a A-340

  • @SHOOTINGST4Rx same as i tought ;)

  • @SHOOTINGST4Rx

He and doc went back to the future. lol

  • @SHOOTINGST4Rx In 2007, they lufthansa had planes operated by them. I saw one land in Chicago in 2007, operated by lufthansa, but painted as airbus colors

  • Lol! better than the window seat!

  • lh380 is this your flight

  • Well obviously you cant have a joystick cos all viewers cant control the same camera...

  • Oh man, that is such an awesome feature. Since I was young I always wondered why aircraft didn't have cameras like this. Not only can they be used for enjoyment, but they could potentially help any investigation if something happened to the aircraft. Very cool, nice vid LH380!

  • All that's missing is a joypad.

  • wow, the camera is on the tail fin! When i sat Cathay pacific the camera was at the bottom of the plane,it was really hard to see a thing-very blur.

  • @ultimatezero12345 I know! I've been to Emirates Airlines, and the cameras ar at the tip of the plane and betweent the main landing gears! It was very blurry though

  • wow.....this is the most incredible feature i've ever seen on an airliner...I don't think that even the 777 has anything like this even in the cockpit!

  • @RJfan Emirates 777 has two onboard cameras

  • They had these cameras in Economy class, the less luxorious version of the 380, but you get these TV's! :D

  • Cool

  • It would suck to be watching this video feed and begin seeing parts fly off from the top of the fuselage.

  • Very cool!! Bravo whoever thought of this!! The people like to know what's going on! I like the realtime flight info that delta has now too. You see a gps map and altitude/ground speed/headwind/temp.

  • just hook a Joystick to it and you'll get the best of booth FSX and X-plane ;>

  • how much is the range of a380?

  • @1986bahai hum,i don't know,but she can fly more then 23 hours.

  • that would keep me entertained for agesss no matter how long the flight!!

  • Itd be awesome to sit in your seat with a joystick and controll it like that :p

  • its like microsoft flight simulator except without the simulator and the microsoft part.

  • Super A380 ! Heute Helsinki 2010-09-15

  • muito bonito

  • Nice camera! Pepe STR airport 1964

  • virgin don't have any

  • @samir9382 ok thanks

  • How many airlines have A380??

  • Flight Simulator!

  • It must have spoiled your fun to have to film the screen during the takeoff. I would be watching out the window, relaxing in my seat, to feel as much as possible of the acceleration and the feeling of raw power. But those cameras sure are nice, I'd watch them at landing too.

  • wow I could sit there on the flight looking at that...well...from the point when the plain leaves the terminal to the point it stops at the terminal...I wonder if an airbus flys from Brisbane (Australia) to Japan

  • An interesting video! Tnx.

  • Awesome! Was that available in all classes or just first or business class?

  • @CJWJR all classes i believe, this doesn't look like Lufthansa business or first class :)

  • wow i didnt know that you could see hows the airplane outside :)

  • This was no LH a380!!

this was an normal A380 with no Airline!

  • @HamburgAirport Tell me how you know.

  • @FSXTutorial Maybe HamburgAirports couldn't see paint on the aircraft. In that case it might belong to a leasing company that rent their aircraft. Or maybe it's Lufthansa's, but just not painted yet.

  • i love these cameras

  • Thats cool! :)

  • @lovhax have a nice fly lol

  • ops.... sorry for that comment....

  • so, how was it to fly a a340? fun?

  • Extraordinarily nice to see all the take-off, both from above to below the plane, directly from the own place. Ok this thing really. Thanks for this video. G.

  • I never see

  • this picture is really or not??'

  • @TheVadim9090

it is indeed, as you suggest, very really

  • geiles vid =)

  • Super dass die LH A380 in service ist :)

Ich will undedingt mal damit fliegen!(Wenn das nicht jeder, der sich dieses Video anschaut, will.)

  • i love that show.

  • Man that thing is quiet o_O

  • the cameras are like the simulator

  • This isn't a Lufthansa a380, If anything a prototype a380. Lufthansa's first a380 was delivered may 18th, 2010. Look at the date of this video.

  • HamburgInternational ich schreib mal in deutsch ;) ja ich denke das wird der erste linienflug gewesen sein oder? hier ist ja beschrieben dass es sich um einen testflug handelt..

  • i saw this airplane in incheon airport korea...

  • lol i like the cameras^^

  • wow i will love to go on that plane!

  • LUFTHANSA HAS NO A380S YET

  • ** For ALL the people that want to know if Lufthansa has an A380, they don't AT THE TIME! There first A380 is built and painted but its doing required test flights and should be delivered in a few months**

  • lufthansa doesn't has an airbus 380 yet

  • that was a test flight

  • @sinan9393 they have already an A380 but no paint on it dumbass

  • @FlyPortable @sinan9393 @RISINGTENSION In 2007 (when this video was uploaded), Lufthansa did not have an A380. There first A380 is built and painted and is doing required test flights and should be delivered in the next few mouths. . .

  • i would be scary if i'm the pilot the A-380.. so many buttons.. and it has problems also and fix them will take 2 years min. :S

  • To tell you the truth, It's complicated if you don't know what you are doing, but if you are a pilot for an A380, you know what you are doing. The A380 shares like the same cockpit with all the other Airbuses. It's actually quite simple if you are properly trained.

  • its not a simultor

it was a flight where you can buy tickets or win them

there were for commercials a small lufthansa sign near the door

  • Lufthansa hasnt got an airbus 380 yet as far as I know.

  • @abdulsamet95forever check caption "passenger test flight"

  • @abdulsamet95forever Yeah they do...

  • was that a simulator on the tv of an airbus

  • no it was a camera on the plane playing live on the inseat televisions

  • lol these cameras would be the best entertainment for me xD

  • @Gian092 you aint kiddin, id be tempted to find my FSX yoke and fly along lol. pretty much same views lol. normally when i fly i WANT teh window seat. BUT with this, no need, i gotz de camera lol

  • @Gian092 Yep! :)

  • @Gian092

even if you're flying over the ocean for 4-5 hours?

but this is very cool indeed

  • @nicksisimple not even 5 hours!

Across the atlantic it takes like 10-11 hours and across the indian ocean you take like 14-15 hours!!

  • @Gian092 unsere luuufthansa

  • when i travelled with a bus through turkey they had a little cam too

  • on any class

  • The Lufthansa A380 actually already is in operation?!

  • good question

  • The Lufthansa A380 is now in Hamburg...there it will get the paint and logos and the seats and all this..you know what i mean...friday it flew from touluse to Finkenwerder (Hamburg)

  • @Roserade no its not, this is probably Air France or Qantas

  • @TheSaadAhmed125 That was the normal Airbus A380 with Airbus Livery.

  • @Roserade Lufthansa's A380 is in progress. The Livery is finished but they gotta have to perform some test flights to get the permission for flying this beast. Next Week (14.May) They'll introduce their A380.

  • @Bobiast

the first flight of lufthansa a380 is on the 2nd of june from Frankfurt to Munich

  • @Roserade no the first 1 was actually delivered this month

  • @Roserade Yes, it nearly is - the first officiall flight with paying passengers was on the last saturday - depature in frankfurt and arrival in johannesburg (south africa). shakira, the german national football(soccer)team and of course other guest were on board. the official beginning of the line operation will be the 11th of june this year

  • lufthansa does not have an a380.

  • ...yet.

Their first one should be rolling out of the Final Assembly Line any day now.

  • ya it does

  • Do they turn the passenger view off if they get an engine fire? Or just let them enjoy the show? 8^)

  • damn all 380s are pimped lol meaning they all have such nice features with the camera in ur tv nice airplane

  • thats pretty sweet

  • Lufthansa has not yet received an A380. This is some other airline

  • other arliens used to have here in usa but goverment rejected that because on airplan crash happen passengers saw the whole crash before there eyes..... thats why u dont see them here in us.......
