@SFNevermorre A good stretch is always the still leg toe touch. For a deeper stretch , hang on to something with some weight and bring it down like a stiff-legged dead-lift and hold the bottom position for a few seconds.

@sUiSid3 I work out 5-6 days a week. Yes you can't just workout to get like this. You need to explore and push your body to it's ultimate limits with natural and functional movements as you master the basic calisthenics exercises . So that means moving and using your muscles like they are not used to moving.
@nashmedina I guess if you make money out of its what pushes u, I'd like to do that.. I try workout every other day or every two other, but usually after work is only helpless attempts. still in pretty good shape but wanna do more, get more strength.
