  • @SFNevermorre A good stretch is always the still leg toe touch. For a deeper stretch , hang on to something with some weight and bring it down like a stiff-legged dead-lift and hold the bottom position for a few seconds.

  • I wear those gloves for work... super grippy. One thing I can't do is a muscle up, I can get to a full pull up, but just can't figure out the next part...

  • @KMillionTV no offense but to have such an aesthetic body you need a good diet and you need to work out. you obviously work out, but you cant feed your body with the necessary food sources like meat, eggs and all that. and you dont eat that as a vegan. tofu dont do shit. just saying

  • @BUDISA95 You are obviously very uninformed. I'm no vegan but it clearly states that the guy in the video (Frank Medrano) is a vegan as well. There are also many veggies/vegan foods containing essential things such as protein, vitamins, etc.

    neither tofu does sh*t nor does any other food...u still got to train daily to keep your cells hungry for more...alkaline nutrients are digested better...just look up hemp and u will notice how great hemp protein is...all aminoacids...one specific protein u can only find in rare plants and has omega 3,6 and 9 in it...trust me...i accomplished more depending on building muscles since i am vegan compared to when i ate evth.

  • @sUiSid3 I work out 5-6 days a week. Yes you can't just workout to get like this. You need to explore and push your body to it's ultimate limits with natural and functional movements as you master the basic calisthenics exercises . So that means moving and using your muscles like they are not used to moving.

  • @nashmedina I guess if you make money out of its what pushes u, I'd like to do that.. I try workout every other day or every two other, but usually after work is only helpless attempts. still in pretty good shape but wanna do more, get more strength.
