If they look out of synch it's probably due to dropped frames from one camera or the other when sending the images over the wifi network. On the SVS the images are are captured at the same time with a synchronisation signal between the two blackfins.
I also had issues with refreshing of the left and right images being displayed, so apparent lack of synchrony might be related to that.

Does the SVS have any means of synchronization? The views look out of sync.
