simple just create disc on centre of each xy ,yz ,zx plane then rotate all 3 as a single structure by zx 45 degree then xy by 35.264 aka isometric angle this will give the plane for the 4th dimension
problem with this method is its all lines point to point are along 3d grid but the universe is all Pi meaning there are no straight lines we need curves
I think in the same way you pass a tetrahedron through a plane face first, resulting in an equilateral triangle cross section appearing and then shrinking in size, a pentachoron passing through our 3d space cell first would be a tetrahedron suddenly appearing, shrinking in size and then disappearing
