I had night terrors too when I was a kid. Same thing exactly an hour after i was asleep i would wake up screaming. A while back you posted the Relay for Life video which encouraged me to start a volunteer group that is focused on making an impact in the world starting in our community. Our annual new years ocean swim has been a fund raiser to fight cancer, which is a fight i have seen lost in my family. What is normal? I do weird shit in my sleep all the time and my wife makes fun of me about it. Mostly I dream I'm climbing, then in real life I'm trying to climb my pillow or rolling my body in circles. Final question, do you plan on stayin in az or goin back to wa?

As for the drunken sleep walking, another thing I am good at it.Ive done everything from talking chinese contorting my face in the mirror, to switching beds all night or even the bathtub for that matter. Also in the first week of my bf and i dating i sleep walked around the house, then must of thought i was in the bathroom, and peed on my bedroom floor. with the lights on..luckly 4 years later we are still together. But definitly not one of my proudest moments

I had night terrors too when I was a kid. Same thing exactly an hour after i was asleep i would wake up screaming. The only thing my mom could do was take me to the living room, put anything on the tv and just talk about what was going on on the tv. Then i would snap out of it and get mad at her for waking me up. This happened for about 4 years. Everynight.

kids do that it is normal but 1/10 kid do not grow out of it but with medication and counceling it can be reduced but when the person is stressted it will come back. it's like a coping meganisim

I sleep walk all the time. When I was at my old house, I used to always sleep on the couch. Sometimes, though, I'd end up falling asleep in my room on my bed, but the next morning I would wake up right on the couch and I never could remember how I got there.
