I have this same problem. I tell someone I'm going to be over in 10 minutes, then calculate that it will only take 3 minutes to get there even though it takes closer to 6. I then calculate that it takes 2 minutes to get ready instead of 4. So I decide that I have 5 minutes, and that should be just enough time to check my online game or Facebook. I then get there an hour late.
