Actually I am pretty confident that the RRA Tactical Operator Series has chrome lined barrels.

This rifle is a bargain for the money. My LGS has 4 of them. I was tempted but the non chrome lined barrel turned me off. If RRA adds a chrome lined barrel this would be one of the better AR deals out there.
