How are you? Thanks very much for your positive advice, however I do offer my Zumba participants fitness variations and the jumping version is level 3. The shaking of the hips is standard at level 1. sometimes we want to ad a little more energy to moves and as you can see by jumping you will burn more calories which is my aim, especially for participants who are bored of just shaking their hips and are on a mission to lose weight.
