I am sure that when you did the "shoulder throws" you were not really focusing when doing it from your left shoulder.. is it just me? generally speaking you are ok. btw what did you use to get your bag to 18kilos, a bit of metal???
Dude that's some nice conditioning but maybe pay more attention to form - straighter back when you squat, squat deeper, perhaps a lighter weight with more control and less momentum would do you some good, also make sure you use a full range of motion on your 'gi-ups'. Hope you don't mind the obervation. I need to work on my conditioning too :)
if i jump with that bag.... then i will have to go to doctor...i dont know how to explain that.... but you can have problems if you doing those jumps.....i think
hey i do jiu jitsu and i love it but my mom didnt let me do it for 4 months and im really out of shape can you make a video about how to start back up and gain that conditioning that i lost thans
@Gile23 that was awesome man, thanks for sharing with us. my training partner and i are going to try this workout and implement it into our routine. thanks again~!!
@admbjj I'm not trying to start and argument, but check out his bent over rows, his back is moving way to much if he was using a heavier weight in a strength training session, he would get hurt
I really like your video but not because of your training ,but because I noticed that you are training in a humble place and that shows that it is not necessary to do sports in the best gym in town. by the way you are tough
haha you're probably just starting to train some form of kickboxing and your shins are getting sore and swollen from kicking a thai bag or heavy bag? honestly the only way to make your bones physically stronger is just getting enough calcium and just genetics..but that shouldn't matter...as you should not have to worry about your shin bone breaking...what you have to worry about is the small bones in your feet and ankle..never go 100% on the bag as a beginner until you are
100% confident with your technique...if you don't know what it feels like to miss with the top of your foot on a rear leg kick..one day you will..probably sparring...but as for the pain you will become resistant to it after a while on your shins..just give it time..never really had a problem with elbows..
I made a 65 Lbs. sand bag out of an old ARMY duffle bag. I do a bunch of crazy full body circuts the the last 15-20 minutes of my strength training. That bags workout wips the shit out of me real fast. Good stuff for practical conditioning in just about any fighting sport!
simple, yet effective.... i like it! i can tell that u have excellent conditioning! this looks a lot like the sets that randy couture does... u should look up the video.

Good stuff- yet more evidence that good training is only as far away as your imagination and the simplest things do the best- with results.

Just another guy who "created" a workout by doing a bunch of random, hard looking movement and linked them together with little rest.
Squat, deadlift, put weight overhead and do pullups... then get on the mat 2 hours a day. There ya go, best advice given on youtube
