@sebastian927 Its a fuel injection engine, It should not matter what angle he was on but if it could not suck up the fuel from the tank then it would.

youre right, it shouldnt matter, but it does. My brother has an 02 saturn which is a peice of crap, but on a steep driveway and little gas it never starts. He has to let it roll down off the driveway to start it... everytime.
