You've got it all wrong.Everybody knew. The reason it's on the DL is because Billy Ray was married to his ex-wife when he got Christophers mum preagnant. He then married Tish after she became pregnant and had Miley.(They're born about five-six months apart!!!) Tish took it all quite badly, and although they saw Chris a few times when he was little,he has close to no contact with the family now. Their choice, not his.
