That video shows me that Jesse James cant ride... That V-Max isn't a bike you have to yank on the bars in order to honk a wheelie on. He needs to stick to choppers.
@aus012 I don't know, while I have never rode a new V-Max, I had a 1985 one, and all I could get was tire smoke. Maybe I had the wrong tires, or just that I'm a fat ass (6'5", 230 LBS), but it never did a wheelie on it's own. I was one of the fastest damm things I ever rode, outside of my drag bike. The '85 would smoke the tires at 85MPH, easy. I had the kit that made all the carbs come in at 2000 RPM, and it made a big difference.
@junkintrunk55 I hear ya... I'm 45 years old and cut my teeth on the Muscle bikes of the 80's. Ive on bikes up to the present. I now have a Busa & a CB919F. I have a buddy that bought one of the new V-Maxs and I rode it... and they run good. It'll honk power wheelies with no clutch at 85 mph. The bikes now are a lot lighter than what we grew up on and general a lot of HP..
