3. no, only because people lie ALL the time about who they are. I mean pictures are pretty easy to lie about. You can just google "hot guy" and pretend that's you. Webcam is a little harder to lie about. Not sure how you can do it, but I'm sure there's a way.

1. It kind of depends. I mean sometimes it turns out good, sometimes bad. MOST of the time, espeically with young teen girls, it's bad. You have NO idea who you're talking to.
