Looks crazy but it works. I was in Chang Mai (Thailand) and it was like this with almost no traffic lights. Once you get used to it it's very smooth and avoids all the hassle of traffic crossings creating congestion. And i am in a wheelchair !

Yep, that's india. It looks crazy, but the weird thing is, once you are there, you see the order in the chaos. It's just bizarre. Everything about that country is a 180 from the USA. And there, it's courteous to honk to let someone know you are behind them. It really is a great country. And the people there are really nice. By far nice to Americans than American are toward them.
