  • By the way, what distance can you make with a full tank?

    In miles or kilometers?

And what is max and minimum speed?

  • @JudaSingh

Thanks watching for my movie. I can fly it about 4 hours with 65 mph 260 miles, the tank holds 17 gallon gas.

  • @tinolino58

So, where are you now ?

  • whee you flying at, Las Vegas or something?

  • @bobac1083

I'm flying out from Santa Paula, CA. :)

  • @henry253 it looks so much like the area surrounding Las Vegas because i drove from there to Los Angeles on a vacation to go to Disney World. Then sadly i had to go back to Las Vegas and fly back to Minneapolis, MN.....

  • its more like a flying motorbike

  • @khawarrazashah

Exactly, this is a flying motorcycle !!

  • @khawarrazashah flying hanglider resembles nothing to cycling except the wind and bugs in the face

  • @nismo451

Yeah, higher go up, less bugs. :)

  • God forbid, how do you bail out in life-threathening emergency?

  • @MisterSunson

BRS : Ballistic Recovery System (parachute opens with a rocket) installed in the trike. :)

  • mute

  • everything seems to be slower in the sky.. <3

    very good video!

  • I've flow light planes a few times, but never a ultralight trike. Just wondering how does it compare with 2 pasengers to 1? How much distance do you need to take off? Do you always take off from an airfield (any rougher terrain?)?

  • @pas0003

In USA, my trike is not categorized as an ultralight, light sport aircraft. It has 2 seats, weight more than 254 pounds. We need sport pilot license to operate. It needs 300 feet to take-off, 400 feet to land. But it depends on weather. Sometime, I took off from dart or grass runways.

  • @henry253 Thanks for your reply! :)

  • Oh man, a whole new world of entertainment and fun just opened up for me..........I am soooo stoked to take this hobby up. Great Video and thanks a bunch for posting!!!!

  • يااا الله ياا عيني

    نفسي اطير متلك ياا غاالي

  • what kind of fuel mileage can you pull down with that?

  • @jheetman

Average 2.5 gallons per hour. It can fly around 65 mph. So, 26 mpg.

  • how much it cost?

  • @TheSamukkaa

Low side, single seat around $10k to Tandem top end $80k. This particular model is around $50k.

  • that is amazing! =o

  • Love the music, what is it ?

  • You obviously enjoy the trike flying. Super video...

  • excellent video and excellent aircraft ! from what I see it is a two-seater with simple command only, I wish to buy one like that some day :-)

  • how much is the cost for a new trike like this??

  • The 912 is the only way to go. Rotax rules !!!!

  • that is good live

  • Beautiful Trike!! Who was the musical artist for this video?

  • @henry253 hm, those 912 are -expensive- !!!

  • the trike looks great !!

    where is that airstrip located?!

    thanks,

    AP.

  • @APrintezis

It is Santa Paula airport about 2 hour drive north from Los Angeles downtown.

  • @henry253 thanks - where did you buy this trike from? how much?

  • Can you tell me what camera you used, excellent quality.

And have you jubilee clipped it onto the pole at the end of the wing. Also was there any wind resistance from fitting this ?

I would be so gratful for your advice, thanks in advance...

  • Sorry for my late reply. I use FH-11 from Sanyo. I records Full high vision movie on SD memory.

I made a bracket from aluminum flat bar and tied it to the end of wing with metal bands.

The cam is small, I don't feel any uneven balance on wing.

  • Great video! Air was a little bumpy on takeoff but looks like a great day to be flying!
