One thing I noticed while watching this video: Don't put your creep tumor on the center of the other side of the destructible rocks, put it further on the sides so there is a lesser chance of enemy hellions burning your creep tumor while breaking the rocks.

Are you sure the cooldowns on the warp gates reset? That's not what I remember happened when the pylon gets killed. The resources return, but the cooldown doesn't come back.
