  • how often these skeeto engines need major upkeep or overhaul? Sounds like its working its ass off! But would be cool to own one! I personally prefer the Helicycle!!

  • SY productions?

  • these helicopters are worth about 7,000 and these insane ediots want 27,000 what are they thinking? You can buy a mini 500 for 15 or 20,000 and there 3 times the size ans safer. what are they thinking? I know what their thinking lets rip some people off.

  • you don't have to have a licence that's why.

  • the safety record for that helicopter is actually very poor..

  • Mini500's are NOT safe. They've killed more pilots than...? There is a reason they aren't made anymore.

  • it is actually a deal if you consider that no license is required to fly. heli licence can cost 30K

  • license required in NZ:(

  • @computerpolice they can charge so much because its an ultralight and under state law you do not require a license to operate an ultralight.

  • These people must be completely insane to even think for a minute these kits are worth 27,000 when you can buy used rotorways which are 3 times the size with low low hours for 15,000 what are they thinking? In times when you dont know if the stock market will crash today or not they want 27,000 for this. When folks cant afford a gallon of milk and gas is 3.50 a gallon these people think we will pay 27,000 for a 7,000 helicopter my theres a hell of a mark up in this game. INSANE

  • Ever wonder why there are so many used Rotorways on the market with low hours?

  • Are you implying that Rotorways are not worth buying? What kind of information should someone have before deciding to buy one?

  • Great! The small machine is incredibly maneuverable. How is made the power adjustment to compensate for yaw movements and/or collective pitch? Is the throttle control entirely done manually?

  • Not an ultralight, too heavy for part 103. With floats maybe...

  • no it is an ultralight it says it on the mosquito ultralight websight

  • FAR part 103 specifies the strict characteristics that aircraft to meet in order to be classified as an ultralight. Here it says that it has to be under 254 pounds with 5 gallons of fuel max, and not capable of flying faster than 55 kts, and only caries one occupant. Everyone fails to read the FAR and they make a mistake by calling them ultralights, they do it with Trikes as well. The fact is that they are wrong, all they have to do is read part 103 of the FAR.

  • Actually the mosquito (the chopper in the video )with floats are Part 103 legal

  • That guy is hauling arse! Cool!

  • great time .thanks yanceystephan for posting
