  • I grew up in Glendale in the 50's and 60's.. we would go swimming there during the summer .. could never touch bottom ..was very deep . great memories .. amazing how the forest grew back .. save it !!

  • i live neer gthere i can walk there

  • Where exactly was this?

  • i been there at 00:9

  • I'm all for a petition to save it! I remember that whole area up there when it was beautiful. And before they had to put up all those barriers so ppl wouldn't park on the grass.

As EpcotFan said, I also remember my parents taking me up there and never forgot it.

  • I've never forgotten it.I remember as a kid going up there ONCE w/my parents. We were able to look through the fence surrounding it, that picutre lives in my memory forever.

I don't understand WHY the city would destroy such beauty. Turning it into fields will just bring the animals that have destroyed Highland Park over the years to destroy the new fields they want to build.

I remember once going there for a BBQ,someone set a car on fire..with KIDS running around.Petition to save it now!!

  • You don't know why the city wants to destroy beauty?

This beauty doesn't pay taxes and house expensive buildings.
