Hok and Steve aren't in this video because Hok was still out of town and Steve was shooting for Supah Ninjas.

As for D-trix, someone asked him why he wasn't in Quest anymore and he said he was kicked out. Dom also answered that question in one of his past live streams on Ustream saying that his behavior could have been better around Quest.

Also, I'm sure being a judge on ABDC doesn't affect him performance-wise. He only has to be on the show for 1 day of the week to judge.
