Of course. A lot of what Rob talks about is universal. As at the root of it, it is about knowing who you really are, and your real position in life, and where you stand in relation to 'The Law', laws, codes, statuates etc...

Furthermore, most of the Commonwealth countries developed in very similar paths as the British Empire evolved.

CANADA and AUSTRALIA seem to use very similar codes. Simply google something like 'freeman on the land australia', or go to the thinkfree forum.
