Wanna point out that Stork had the better map position. The "natural" place for him to gather his troops effectively cut of most of Bisu's potential drops. Basically, Bisu would have had to go around stork to get to him. On the other hand, stork just had to go straight down and he was right in the main of Bisu.

Still think he would have won though.

Look, the map may be imba, but it's not acceptable to let your opponent reaver drop/ storm drop you 3-4 times without moving your probes. Even if the map was perfect, Bisu would lost with his reaction speed this game.

I think Stork did more map prep. He saw a lot of opportunity in using shuttles that Bisu just didn't seem to see. There were a lot of 'rest areas' for the shuttles, and a ton of ledges, that just made the upgraded shuttle/scarab/temp drop strategy work wonders.

Map advantage sure helped alot, but i also think the looser could have just put up a few extra cannons at the riff to help against that.

Still the winner did play a very sneaky yet aggressive back-attack-for-the-economy game wich ensured his economical lead in the game and in the long rong decided it for him.

Very well executed drops, winners micro didn't slip a single time i think.

I haven't seen too may PvP's on this map yet, so i cannot blame it all on map balance yet :(

Yah, I dont think the map is particularly imbalanced position wise. Stork came into Bisu's base from plenty of different directions which Bisu could have done to Stork.

it is prety imbalanced. Stork's front was on the direct path from Bisu's main while bisu's was on the other side. And all successful drops came from that direction. It is hard to protect your back with the army that is needed in front. 3 reavers is a lot you can't stop them with couple of goons and if you comit biger army to the back you are exposed from the front. If that isn't big positional imbalance i don't know what is. It's even more so then medusa

You said Stork must have had the reaver damage upgrade because he killed the cannon in 2 reaver shots - this isn't necessarily true. If the shots hit within a second of each other, like those did, then 2 reaver shots kill a cannon without the upgrade.
