Oh, and I´m definitely feeling the 5 rounders it´s the same number I use. Sometimes I pick 5 and do each one a full minute with a minte rest. That´s the best thing about TRX, switching exercises and resistence without even moving! You can go intense the whole minute, and just lighten the load on the fly to really push your threshold.
definitely awesome! I do a similar circuit but replace the run with 10 jumping lunges, 15 reg deep squats followed by 15 squat jumps. I can´t leave out plyometrics, so i switch between TRX and Plyo workouts. I like to focus my sprint excercises atleast 3 days a week 100 yards full blast jog back doing sets starting at 10 and decreasing the amount between minute rests, till failure. I´m trying to get up to 40 or 50 sets like some of my pro mma buddys. Super lungs here I come!
