every russian tank is uncomfortable. even the paint peeled off. no tank is ever comfortable but im just saying it affects the crews performance. the abrams is more comfortable
@nunchuck19 more space but less armor protection per meter. the difference between T-80 & abrams is around 1.2 tons more armor per square meter for the T-80. Russians never cared if they will get back in style and leather seats. They just wanna win & get back
Russian Tanks a tight inside. It's crazy with the auto-loader ramming shells so close to the commander and the gun recoiling inches away from the crew.
You don't have to move a lot, the autoloader does the job of 90% of crews movements inside the tank, all you have to do is sit around the controls like near your laptop. On the other hand, if you remove the big nigger guy-autoloader from M1 Abrams - the unemployment rate will jump 10% in the US ;)
I am a whole 150lbs....certainly no "big nigger guy"....and I can easily out load that auto loader all day long. I out loaded more then half the loaders in my old Battalion @ 3 seconds per round. I would really like to see an auto loader get out and help with maintenance on the tank.
Russian future main battle tank must be made for modular system...
It must have wariety of posibilities for different types of turrets, diferent types of armament, diferent type of ammunition, ATGM systems, guns and other stuff.
You could choose and instal the variety of modules and armament equipment on tank...depends on battle situation and operations you will execute.
They next tank should be Merkava 4 like with an engine in front, crew in the middle and ammo in the back with a crew-less turret. This type of config can serve as the chassis for a whole family of vehicles like HIFV, MBT, BMPT, but better than the last one, with more flexibility, modularity and ability to fire unguided, mlrs type rocket at short dist (like up to 8km) plus possibly a stug style tank destroyer/howitzer with a 152mm or 230mm cannon. That would be sweet.
In russian future main battle tanks, crew and operators of the tank must be 101% separated and protected from all those dangerous automatic mechanisms, reloaders, ammunition...etc.
Tank crew must sit in comfortable and protected armored modular capsules, that all have necesary on board operator controls in it...and emergency fire destingush and escape mechanisms.
Russian future main battle tanks must have powerfull but small and compact 1000 HP...or moore powerfull diesel engines, that will be intergrated on the front left or front right side of a tank !
And allong with the engine, there must be a seperated space for tank gun with aoutoloader and all mechanims for the gun.
On the back side...future tanks must have a armored capsules for crew and operators...and escape doors from the back side of a tank (like in BMP armored vehicles).
Protection of future main battle tanks must be cutting-edge.
With new modern composite and reactive armor protection (Kontakt-5, KAKTUS, RELIKT...), strong armor protection with new materials, grills, nets, plates, tungsten-titanium alloys, ceramics, kevlar and other strong resistant alloys...
And Active Protection Systems like: Sthora, Arena, Drozd...
Offcours we must allso protect the vehicle with anti tank mine protection and anti IED systems...
thats bad dude you shouldnt get that close to the load man oh man i herd story's about body parts geting cought in the autoload thats bad and dude do you even know wat's under you? its rounds thats bad man nothing to keep you safe and wat i meen is if a abram round hits that tank and enter's dam man your dead meat thoses rounds go off there will be nothing left of you how do i know well buddy from the iraq t-72 witch is made in russia there was nothing to find of a preson so this tank is bad
oh very nice video, my first good look inside one of these tanks with the auto loader going. I wonder why they havn't added a plexy glass or clear plastic cover over that autoloading beast so you don't get something... cought in it on accident while the tanks bouncing along. I liked how fast that thing loaded though.
This is an old T-64. Listen the engine sound.

For urban warfare...russian tanks must have extreme protection and destructive firepower and good mobility....
for tactical warfare...russian tanks would need long range weapons and percision systems for fireing and observing

Which tank is this?
It seems a T-64/80 type autoloader in the tank.

заметили, что у американцев часто негры вручную заряжают? хмм...почему только? :)

Потому что если этого негра из танка убрать безработитца в стране вырастет)))

because no need of doing that.
people sit by sides and there`s no way their clothes or so will get chewed.
cover may cause additional frustration in the heat of battle if mechanism requires quick maintenance
