In CD, concrete and glass doesn't peel away from the structure and land hundreds of feet away and the building falls all at once, not from the top down. 1 and 2 were built with a construction style that was dependent on the building always maintaining it's structural integrity. Videos show the steel buckling at the crash sites minutes before the collapses.

Building 7 was never mentioned because the 9/11 Commission was formed to determine why we got caught with our pants down and got attacked in the first place, not the aftermath of the attack.
@jtkirkfan2002 Here we go again jt, the hole in the building was definitely evidence of severe damage and could have caused failure in one or more of the structures support columns but not all of them and if the failure at that small corner of the building was enough to cause a collapse then the building would have fallen toward that corner with the damage rather than straight to the ground. You are forgetting the fires that weakened the structure and the fact that the collapse did indeed begin on that side. The penthouse on that side falls into the structure of the building first.

Had you actually listened to all of the interview with the owner of the building, instead of the truther edited version, you would hear that before the "pull it" comment, he was talking about receiving reports that the fire fighting efforts weren't working and the building was a total loss.

Objective viewing of the collapse clearly shows internal structural failures before the facade collapses, hence the penthouse disappearing into the interior seconds before the rest of it goes down. No one around to ask why they were smashing holes in the dry wall to get to the steel columns and no repatching required to hide their handiwork. How long would a 47-story building take? How long would a 110-story building take? Or two? Truthers NEVER answer how they think this was all done.

They save storage space on DVR's, (or maybe even tape in 2001), by sampling. However there are numerous accounts of some type of so called "retrofitting" work being done on WTC 1&2 and major network, electrical and emergency "test" black-outs reported in the weeks before 9/11...again conveniently ignored by the 9/11 Omission

First .. I'm not a "truther". For the longest time it was frustrating to me (still is) that they would go on and on about how 9/11 was an inside job. Until I saw that vid I referenced just this last week, I simply felt it was "inside stupidity", and that the truthers were only serving to detract from what the real issue is: They hate us because we kill them and their wives and children.

Did you read the S&P report? The extent of the risk of the tea party pressures on congressional republicans wasn't known until it became clear that the GOP was actually willing to shut the government down in order to get their spending cuts. The closer the deadline, the more apparent it became that they weren't bluffing.
Also, S&P reserved their judgement until the passage of the budget bill, because had the budget failed to pass they would have issued a larger downgrade

What is this supposed to say? The LONG-tern rating was downgraded, because the deal was crappy and didn't make any real reductions. If the big spenders -Obama & the dems- will manage not to even make these reductions it will get downgraded further! If the Tea Party would have introduced instability by thretening default, the short-term risk would have risen. The danger is auto piolt spending. If the spenders aren't stopped it's doomsday, they're crazy & suicidal.
No, the report didn't bemoan any lack of spending cuts. This was the most rightward spending bill passed in decades. The report talked less about the contents of the bill and almost entirely about the fact that congress suddenly became too gridlocked to pass one.
If the downgrade was done in response to excessive spending (which 9 times out of 10 is good for the economy), then it would have happened back when the stimulus bills were originally passed

NIST doesn't explain the presence of molten steel at the sites, nor does it explain the unknown force which pulverized concrete during collapse.

Also there is no evidence of any molten steel at the sites. There was molten metal seen, but no one did a metallurgy test to see what kind. It was most likely molten aluminum, since it has a much lower melting point.

No that is not true. Gravity is an acceleration, not a velocity. Gravity is not instantaneous as you suggest. Drop anything, it doesn't leave your hand at 9.8 meter's per second, but given enough distance to the ground it will accelerate at that rate. In CD, concrete and glass doesn't peel away from the structure and land hundreds of feet away and the building falls all at once, not from the top down. 1 and 2 were built with a construction style that was dependent on the building always maintaining it's structural integrity. Videos show the steel buckling at the crash sites minutes before the collapses.

Building 7 was never mentioned because the 9/11 Commission was formed to determine why we got caught with our pants down and got attacked in the first place, not the aftermath of the attack.

Had you actually listened to all of the interview with the owner of the building, instead of the truther edited version, you would hear that before the "pull it" comment, he was talking about receiving reports that the fire fighting efforts weren't working and the building was a total loss.

BTW, it didn't fall all at once as I indicated in my earlier post. Objective viewing of the collapse clearly shows internal structural failures before the facade collapses, hence the penthouse disappearing into the interior seconds before the rest of it goes down. No one around to ask why they were smashing holes in the dry wall to get to the steel columns and no repatching required to hide their handiwork. How long would a 47-story building take? How long would a 110-story building take? Or two? Truthers NEVER answer how they think this was all done.

They save storage space on DVR's, (or maybe even tape in 2001), by sampling. They point to this footage as evidnce of a missle when the 2nd frame clearly shows something as long as an airliner hitting the building.

First .. I'm not a "truther". For the longest time it was frustrating to me (still is) that they would go on and on about how 9/11 was an inside job. That wouldn't make any sense if the problem was "risk of Tea Party default", then the downgrade would have to happen long before that, since that alleged risk (which was a lie) was known before and ratings are meant to provide information to hedge against future risk. It was the phony deal and Obama's political stunts that caused it.

Did you read the S&P report? The extent of the risk of the tea party pressures on congressional republicans wasn't known until it became clear that the GOP was actually willing to shut the government down in order to get their spending cuts. The closer the deadline, the more apparent it became that they weren't bluffing.
Also, S&P reserved their judgement until the passage of the budget bill, because had the budget failed to pass they would have issued a larger downgrade

What is this supposed to say? The LONG-tern rating was downgraded, because the deal was crappy and didn't make any real reductions. If the big spenders -Obama & the dems- will manage not to even make these reductions it will get downgraded further! If the Tea Party would have introduced instability by thretening default, the short-term risk would have risen. The danger is auto piolt spending. If the spenders aren't stopped it's doomsday, they're crazy & suicidal.

No, the report didn't bemoan any lack of spending cuts. This was the most rightward spending bill passed in decades. The report talked less about the contents of the bill and almost entirely about the fact that congress suddenly became too gridlocked to pass one.
If the downgrade was done in response to excessive spending (which 9 times out of 10 is good for the economy), then it would have happened back when the stimulus bills were originally passed

The spending cuts weren't enough and Obama and the dems were able to keep spending up! The LONG-term debt was downgraded. That has nothing to do with immediate grid-lock but it shows that the big spenders will bully their way by whatever necessary.

For me as a structural engineer, I reject the notion that fire caused a sudden, symmetric collapse of a steel reinforced structure (WTC 7) at free fall speed because that would require sudden failure of all columns at multiple floors at the exact same time...which is impossible. NIST doesn't explain the presence of molten steel at the sites, nor does it explain the unknown force which pulverized concrete during collapse.

Well, the collapse wasn't sudden, WTC was burning for 8 hours. Also it didn't fall at free fall speed.
Also there is no evidence of any molten steel at the sites. There was molten metal seen, but no one did a metallurgy test to see what kind. It was most likely molten aluminum, since it has a much lower melting point.

@11111110 I'm speaking of WTC 7, which did fall for several seconds at free fall. There is plenty of evidence of molten steel, not aluminum. WTC 1 and 2 did not fall at free fall speed, but this shows a disturbing problem as well: the "unknown" force which pulverized the brick and stone facade.

No that is not true. Gravity is an acceleration, not a velocity. Gravity is not instantaneous as you suggest. Drop anything, it doesn't leave your hand at 9.8 meter's per second, but given enough distance to the ground it will accelerate at that rate. So you are misunderstanding gravity... that's what the conspiracy theory and slow-motive video bait you into believing. Quit being brainwashed!
