This is from a first season end title (probably late 1963), "kinnied" from a color broadcast. The NBC "Color" I.D. at the end [Fred Collins, announcer] was used through 1965.
"Hovue" was Bob Hope's production company, specifically created to produce "BOB HOPE PRESENTS THE CHRYSLER THEATER" (1963-'67) {later syndicated as 'UNIVERSAL STAR TIME", minus Hope's opening and closing sequences} with Revue/Universal/MCA. MCA also "packaged" his monthly videotaped Chrysler specials that alternated with his weekly filmed anthology series.
And yeah, what Jeter said. B&W copies were common in those days; Case in point, the bicycle prints of "Pistols and Petticoats." This is also the rare appearance of the NBC Snake spiel #4. "This has been a color presentation..." as opposed to "This has been a color production..." as seen on some of their spectaculars at the time.
Why NBC Color Presentation appears at the end meanwhile it's in B&W?

Did NBC share it's partnership with Universal Studios?

@bloodshotclam yep, it sure did when NBC acquired Universal from Vivendi in 2005 to form NBC Universal.

What was the year on this, and how was it "Hovue" instead of "Revue"? Had Revue totally turned into Universal by that time?

It's amazing how often one finds a B&W recording of a colour show from that period.

where's the color?
Jazzoulphrodisiac 1 year ago
@Jazzoulphrodisiac It's obviously from a black and white kinescope, as the description says.

@Jazzoulphrodisiac Never mind the color... Where's the MCA bug?! XD

@kresblain The MCA bug faded into the background due to the darkness of the print, would be my guess.
