So let Africa's Government deal with it. So what if they don't have broadband they cant even feed themselves and continue to over populate their country. It is their responsibility not yours or anyone else's to bring them into the modern world.
@hewolfe Africa is a continent covering over 1/5 the the planet. There are 53 separate countries. There is no single "African Government". There are plenty of places in Africa where they do much more than "feed themselves". Do you wear gold? Wife have a diamond? Chances are they came from Africa. Areas on the coast have had broadband for years, via under sea cable. Companies like Korea Telecom and Google are extending infrastructure also. In 2004 there were 82 MILLION cell phone subscribers.
