  • I love all your videos!!!! I learned how to crochet with your tutorials! :) I was wondering where did you get the grip for your hook? I've been looking for something similar to that for my hooks but not lucky in finding them. My fingers tend to cramps while i crochet and thought having that on the hooks may help.

  • @snoopylaydee They are pencil grips and can be found in any office supply section of a store near the pencils.

  • @snoopylaydee I should mention you can find them online

  • so nice

  • @Emyrosea777 Thank you.

  • I'm looking for your version of the Crochet Cradle Purse. One of the other viewers said she learned it from your videos & I like the size of hers but I can't find you videos on it...

  • @rustydip1 I sent you a playlist for the crochet bags and pouches I have posted. She may have taken something and modified a cradle. I do have a couple of baskets that could work for a cradle as well.

  • @tjw1963 anything cute @___@ how about round and petite tote/shoulder bags? I like your tutorials coz they're a lot easier to understand.

  • Thanks for the brilliant tutorial, I made one as a christmas present for my grandma and she loved it. I also added my own personal touch to it by adding a crochet flower over the drawstrings and pulling them through the hole in the middle. It's brilliant And just thought I would say thanks again :)

  • Teresa your tuition n this video is excellent, and such a useful item to make. I am going to make one to store all my papercrafting tools. Thank you so much for sharing your pattern.

  • how did yuu learnn dis??

  • @kittylike1 My mom got me started by teaching me the basic stitches.

  • I love all your work, I watch your video's all the time. I was wondering do you have a video on making a plastic bag holder? I found a pattern but always found it better watching a video.

  • you are so great treasa every time i watch one of your videos i appraise you thank you for every single second u spent to teach us

  • @Lolyfahmy Thank you! :)

  • This is soooo beautiful! I wonder who you learned how to crochet from?

  • @SUSHiiEaTingPanda Thank you. My mom showed me the basic crochet stitches many years ago. I learned the rest from a wide range of books and persistence in mastering as many crochet techniques as I could learn.

  • my mom goes to bingo and this would be a perfect bag for her

  • You're just amazing!!..nice bag and I think I'll try for my collection.

  • Teresa..Is there an easy pattern for handles instead of single crocheting all the way long..how about lover's knot or other pattern, will it work?

  • @Bufurzone You can improvise and use any pattern you would like for handles.

  • I love this bag

If fact i loved watching you do this

I am now in the middle of making one myself

thank you for a great video on what you did

  • @1988precious1 Thank you.

  • beutiful

  • Theresa have you crocheted anything using pulltabs? A neighbor gave me a whole bunch of them and I was wondering how to make a purse.

  • t y

  • on the drawstring round at the start when you said that you are chaining 3 then right after that you said chain 1. so you r chaining 4 right?

  • @TheKittykat100 It is a chain 3, skip 1 stitch. The written instructions are posted on my crochet blog, the link is below the video in the video description.

  • love this

  • @phenomenalyana Thank you.

  • Awesome video, ty. Just wondering how tall as in inches are the pockets? And to increase the bag, do you increase in just round 6? Thanks again!

  • What type of yarn do you usually use in your videos?

  • 4 ply a variety of brands.

  • I just finished this bag and even though it didn't turn out exactly like it does in the beginning I am still proud of myself for giving this pattern a try. This is my first bag that I followed a patten for and not something I made off the top of my head.

  • me gusta mucho como ensenas, todo lo que he visto lo he podido hacer.gracias!

  • I love this bag and have started making one after I learned all of the other stitches...thanks a bunch for the great idea!! :)

  • You just became my new favorite crochet teacher. Thanks for the wonderful video.

  • can you recommend a book or maybe even make a video on how to do all of the other stitches? I only know how to do the chain stitch.

  • I would recommend going to Lion Brand website. They have wonderful pictures and videos to learn from.

  • Mine always gets curly after the 4th row

  • That would make me think you are missing increase stitches.

  • I like this bag very much and I showed it to my friend, I think I am gonna try to crochet it . Thanks alot for you all videos. Your videos are the best !

  • I appreciate the comment, thank you.

I love your videos, they are always so helpful.

    Thanks again.

  • You are welcome. I appreciate you leaving me a comment. :)

  • Hi teresa,

i love this bag and might try making one. I just wondered do you know if the yarn you use in America has different rating from our's in England, 4 ply yarn here is reall..y quite thin, the one you are using for this bag looks quite thick. Brilliant video as always, Thanks.

  • There are no standards here in America for yarn. We have a few different companies but none of their 4 ply yarns are the same. Some do provide a gauge estimate on the label but gauge is confusing when people are first learning. What you can do is to use two strands of yarn together to make up the difference and make a thicker bag..

  • Thanks for answering. We have 3 ply 4ply double knit and chunky yarns. I think maybe double knit would be thick enough for the bag.

  • Thanks for making this video! I will start it today... I can't wait. I told you your fans would love this! =)

If I can figure out how to post my video I will post one of my completed one.

  • You are welcome. :)

  • teresa you rock!

  • Thank you. :)

  • but the written instruction says that 7-24 with one should i do ur vid or the written instruction?? thanks teengurls100

  • It is not going to make a difference with how many rounds you do. Both are right. It can be made deeper or shorter.

  • oh thanks im making one for myself thanks again

  • Thank u Teresa ...

  • You are welcome. :)

  • Adorei

Além de lindo é muito útil.

    sou fã dos seus trabalhos

    Lena

  • Muito obrigado. Aprecio seu comentário.

  • I would like to make this bag 3times bigger please tell me what shall I do. Thanks for the advice have a GREAT day=))

  • You will need to do more increases at the bottom of the bag and the pocket,

  • hi there..i love all this crochet & knitting stuff but da prob is i cant find da perfect needle as well as da yarn..cause all those stuff r not so popular here in malaysia..i lived in malaysia by da way

  • I would suggest searching online. There are places that will ship outside of the country.

  • Hi Terasa..Im a great lover n learner of all ur crochet videos. Even I start to love crochet after seeing ur works. U should be gifted to teach in such a tremendous way! *This bingo bag is an excellent idea. If one wish to carry some crochet/knitting tools along with the current working piece(can also put the working yarn into the main bag), when they do crochet during their travelling, then this would be a comfortable travel bag.* Thank you so much.. more than that.. love all your ideas.

  • You are welcome. :)

  • I am so grateful to you dear, I really learned a lot from you. Thank you for all those useful and wonderful Videos :) Please keep on the good work you are a life saver

  • I have been working on making one of these and failing horribly, thank you for saving Me! Where did you get that rubber thing on your hook?? I have dozens of rubber bands wound around all My hooks but what you have looks much more comfortable. I would love to know where you got it.

Thank you so much for all your videos, you are awesome!

  • You are welcome. The rubber think on my hook is a pencil grip. The ones I used are called gooshy grips and they can be found at Wal Mart in the office supply area.

  • would they help me learn to hold the hook like you do?? I tried last night and um... it was kinda funny! LOL my hand is on top of the hook... your way looks easier...

  • The grips are just to make the hook more comfortable.

  • You could probably figure out how to crochet a house if you wanted to! This is so neat. I love getting emails from youtube that you have posted new videos. Keep them coming!

  • Actually I have a house in mind.
