  • how strong do you need to be to do that cuz im pretty small

  • @WTVBqdemon actually by training this movement you will develop a good pulling strengh. If you not manage to pull your oponent properly, you will create at least a reaction in the opposite direction of your opponent which will allow you to use his movement for another technique - but nethertheless you should get familiar with this very basic movement
