I don't have an eating disorder but I can imagine how it must feel, I had a cousin with ed and she ended up having a heart attack and dying at the age of 19, so to all those who are in this struggle please I urge you to seek support to get out of this home of anorexia/bulimia bcuz u are sooooo gorgeous and you must know tht and no matter how u feel inside it ALWAYS gets better please know tht, I don't want anorexia /bulimia to steal someone else's life

oh man...i remember making myself take those dreadful ex-laxs last year around this time..i will say its wicked icky, you know, everything we put our bodies through...i mean teenage girls put laxative's in their enemie's drinks in school...not into their own body if not needed...it's sad. i never thought i'd do it..sometimes i still have urges to binge & purge in those ways but I hold back...I'm more or less restricting all of my food these days..well, stay strong every1, much love<3

I used to be anorexic, and I'm still suffering from anorexia. A lot of people blame me for being like this. But this is not my choice. Its a chemical reaction in the brain. I think I'm fat/obese when I'm stick man skinny. And I don't realize it. And some people like me can't stop this from happening. It just is like that. But I take some meds that are suppose to help me, and I have a therapist and councillor. But its still really hard for me.

when someone is anorexic they don't see what everyone else see's they look in the mirror and see a fat person they see it as a life style choose that how the pro anna websites work they give the person the thing they crave atseptence what would you rather hear "what are you doing to your self you look a mess your mums really worried" or "it's a life style choose being thin is all that matters your one of us successfull people are thin we'll help you be a better person" i hope this helps

Its a mental disorder that is more about control then apperance really. Your outword apperance is just a cover for the major issue and that is why it is so hard to get over. if it was just an image thing it would be easy and it is not.

Because it really has nothing to do with 'being pretty' at all. There's a point when you want it to stop, but it's not that easy. At the end, you realize it's not a choice at all. You don't "choose" to do this to yourself, it's caused by other things going on in your life and in your mind.

@useddayfailfold not necesarily. i have/had anorexia. ive been eating for more than a year now but still recovering mentally. anyways it is sort of a choice. whether or not you have an eating disorder yu decide whether or not to eat. i decided to start eating again cuz i realized that ana did nothing and never will do anything to help me, only hurt me. i started eating cuz i chose to and now ive never ben happier like when i started even tho i was havin issues i chose to not eat
