I would love to know a character like Sue White. As for the whole script thing, I think some of her scenes - the ones that have some importance to the plot - are based on the ideas of the writers but she made the actual lines up. All of her scenes with Stephen Mangan (Guy) they made them all up on the spot (that's why they end so randomly).
