I believe it's called "Boy and Girl" and it's performed by Wada Akiko with music by the Mops. At least she performs it with the Mops in a scene in the film.

@MarilynWentz It should be "otoko to onna no rock", the song used for the main titles and at the end of the movie, Boy and Girl you can find here on You Tube "Akiko Wada + The Mops - Boy & Girl", while here on you Tube again you can find the other song sung by Akiko Wada in the movie "さすらいのブルース／和田アキ子　女番長野良猫ロック" which is "sasurai no blues".
