I have a question: I am saving up to buy a X-Pole. I have gone to the X-Pole site and I noticed that the poles come in two different sizes: 50mm and 45 mm. Is there any specific reason why there are two different sizes?

@mimiandy1683 I sell x poles on my site too! ;) The pole I am using in this vid is a 45mm Titanium Gold. The 45mm is easier on your hands/arms but the 50mm is nice for leg holds....Check out the forums on Studioveena for more in put on pole size.

Right now, I have a "less-than-worthy" pole (the brand name rhymes with "sneak-a-boo"...it was a gift from my mother) which I am doing nothing but turns and spins and I would love to start doing inverts, but I am not crazy enough to do inverts on the pole that I have.
