  • OKayy...good video, I really enjoyed it.

  • that's exactly what i do. I make a big batch of tomato sauce in the summer that lasts me through winter cause i hate caned sauce. So i buy tomatoes in the summer which are super cheap and tasty and make a big batch and freeze them in portions. Big seperate frezer is required though.

  • You are so cute!

Good luck on your challenge. Raw food is the best.

    :-)

  • dear bunny, I hope you get somewhere with this Lazy day raw gourmet thing because I have a handicapped daughter and I really need this kind of plan in my life right now! more bunny luv...

  • well done!

  • There are heaps of raw sweets that can satisfy that PMS craving. For a nice easy, creamy, no fat ice cream try blended frozen bananas. If you want it creamier, pour in some melted coconut oil while its blending. Add some raw cookie dough (lots of recipes out there) and mix it round. Yum.

On a cool note, most women experience much milder periods on raw. :)

Enjoy your experiments :-)

I'm on day 55 and am having some social issues, to which I succumbed & now I feel crappy in my stomach and in my head. Sigh... Congratulations! :-)

  • ..store them in a glass mason jar ( or other sealable glass container ) and store them in the fridge , I've done this for almonds and walnuts as well as cashews and they've kept fresh for me up to five days ( I've done seven but, they don't taste as fresh ). Then you'll have 'em ready to go whenever ya need some for salads, cereals , nut-milks etc!

  • That sounds awesome!! I love trying to plan out as many meals as possible( takes the guess work out of each day ) , If it's the difference between eating a "frozen-raw-food" or some other product with a lot of refined ingredients because of the convenience issue , then ignore the purists and go with the froz raw! :0) A time saving tip I use is to guesstimate the amount of presoaked nuts I'd need for the week (smoothies, pates etc) ,soak 'em the neccesary amount of time then drain rinse and ...
