Pretty sure they are, I wouldn't know for sure though since there aren't any arcades within a few thousand miles from me :/ so I've never been to one.

ahh that's a major bummer. I'm lucky enough to live within 10 minutes of the only good empress machine for hundreds of miles. I'm trying to get into it, but it's got a steep learning curve.
