All upper management in my old company got their jobs through pals from the top tier Uni they went to on their daddy's buck.

Do these guys "earn" money?

They sit around for half a day, screw their secretaries, download porn, send jokes to each other. We know this because the IT guys see their emails and browsing history.

When the company folds, they just go to the next pal's place.

Don't buy from China, nothing, they sent the blue collar jobs over there and face it there aren't that many jobs for white collar workers now with computers. Maybe they will bring the conservation corps back, or hand degreed college student shovels to rebuild the infrastructure. Which isn't bad consdiering we had less than 36 hours to plan it.
